Order was delivered in an hour, slower and more expensive than doordash. Customer support wouldn't allow me to talk to a person.
Would rate zero if I could! Literally everything you see below happened to me. Waited an hour while tracking my delivery order... of just a SMALL pizza and it was still prepping. So I tried calling the store to only be left on hold until the automation hungup on me. So I got into my car to the store to see what was going on. Upon arrival, the assistant manager tells me that my pizzawas NEXT to go into the oven. It's been over an hour! When I asked about the phone, he says they were instructed NOT to answerthe phone anymore for customers. I waited another 20 minutes for my pizza to get done and was given a full refund. Concerningthe many one star reviews about this place, I left a message to corporate about my concerns about the manager telling hisemployees to virtually ignore their customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered from here about a month ago and it said they were prepping my pizza for an hour. I ended up... getting a free pizza coupon because of it. Tonight I thought I?d give them another chance and use the coupon. I also ordered asecond pizza. It?s not been 1.5 hours and the tracking still says my pizza is being prepped! We?ve called the store numeroustimes and no one ever answers the phone. Dominos has definitely lost my business after this and I would not recommend to anyone.Certainly not this location!! Read more
I've been waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes, and no one picks the phone up. All i get is a message saying the driver has not... arrive to pick my order ye LIKE WTH 1hr and 15 mnts to pick a freaking medium pizza and deliver it. My first time visitingVirginia and this is the worst service I've gotten from Domino's y'all should be more responsible and responsible. Read more
