I'm done. I place order at 7:43pm here it is 10:20pm & never received nothing. I ordered pizza & wings nobody answered the phone... as I stayed on hold for 15 minutes! round 8:25pm to cancel order. Just wow! Ridiculous! I placed an online order at 9:29PM and was estimated about 30-40mins. I received a phone call at 10:04PM... from the driver that said they were out of 2liter Lemonade, so I said Sprite is fine. I then get a text at 10:06 PM, "yourdriver Sean is on the way!" I wait and no one comes. I call the store at 10:35PM, speak with a guy and he says he will check onmy order and places me on hold. I wait about 10 mins on hold and then a lady gets on the phone and asks can I help. I tell heragain I have not received my order. She checks and then says "to be honest I think the driver gave your food away". I'm likewhat, wow!! She then offers me a refund and to remake the order. I asked okay how long. She says about 30 minutes. She asked didI just want a refund.I told her my kids and I have been waiting for food for an hour. We still want the food. I asked her name,she says her name is Ashley, the Assistant Store manager. She apologized and said she would make the order as soon as she getsoff the phone. Still waiting, no food NOTHING!. I then call the store about at 11:30pm and no answer just placed on hold forabout 20 mins. I hang up and call again at 11:57PM, no answer and placed on hold!! So out of $40 and no food!! Literally more annoying than you can imagine. I just wanted a pizza after my long day and I was met with a cancelled online... order, "promise" of a refund, and a 60+ min hold as I called to see why my order was cancelled. Usually I dont have a problem when ordering from here but I'm disappointed tonight, the first picture is the original pizza that... I ordered and was delivered to me like this. As you can tell it looks like someone just dropped it. The toppings had come offhalf the pizza and the whole pizza looked like it been squished to one side of the box. So I called up there to let them knowhow my pizza was delivered and they were very nice and accommodating and decided to make another pizza and send it right out tome. The second picture is the second pizza they sent out to me, yet another pizza that looked like it had been dropped. Idk ifmy pizzas were being dropped or if this happened on the ride to the house but please do better! Read more
Ordered delivery for 1 pm in advance the night before for work. It was 45 minutes late, over cooked, not very good... unfortunately. Hopefully better next time. Brownies were good. Veggie pizza was okay. Read more
Out of all the times I ordered from here I think the pizza was only delivered hot once. Today I ordered again and the pizza was... delivered cold even though I?m like 5 minutes away by car. Not sure why they would start delivering to the people furthest away.I also ordered extra cheese and got extra sauce instead. This is probably the last time I?ll order from here tbh. Read more
