I?m not quite sure if it?s just how their system is or maybe it was the people working at the time, but I placed an online... order, and nobody bothered to let me know it had been ready. I made a call to check since it had been almost half an hour andsurely enough, the order was ready.. their excuses were: ?I don?t know, I just walked through the door? ?I don?t know, I?m justthe delivery driver? Ordered a XL Brooklyn w beef,Xtra chz, onion, peppers and easy sauce on wed nite. This pizza came on time actually seemed a... little fast. (Why I gave 2 stars was delivery) It was so disgusting, it looked weird, orange grease on top. The crust was notdone or something in the middle. It actually fell apart when going for a slice I had to use a spatula to pick up. I triedcalling but no answer just machine response to hold, that never got picked up. This was the worst. I've never had a pizza likethat from this place. Seriously gross. I've had it several times where they don't do light sc when requested online order, it'slike the person cooking does opposite. I ordered a pizza online, 10 mins later, the site said delivered... i never got it. I called and they said that they were still... bringing it and it just left the oven. I waited 40 mins and called again... and they acted like they never heard of me. So disappointed! I haven't ordered from Domino's in so long but I decided to give them another try. I placed an oder today and... spent $125 and half of our pizzas were burned. There was no time to even fuss because I had a camp full of hungry kids. This wasa waste of my money. Read more

I am a current employee of this location although i have put in my two week notice becuase i am moving to another state, i have... been working there for a while and after putting in my notice i have been hurased and mad fun of by the staff. I have hearingissues specifically i am tone deaf and have been being made fub of the past two weeks seane puting in my nitce about how i canthere, other employees would be saying i cant here you what did you say and then laughing about it behind my back, the onlyreason i hurd them is becuase the manager turned down the music in the store just at the right time. They play music that isinappropriate for customes as well. For my last week of work i am o ly scedualed one day of of the whole week and its for a timethat i am unable to come in when they know what my availability is. I have three children 2 of them are still very young and myoldest has autism and when i called in to work i did not get a proper greating i got an i dont case hello and when saying idident have someone to watch my kids tonight i dide t even get to finnish my sentences and was hung up on witch is very rude.These employees also talk about there customes in ways they should not witch is unprofessional. At this time of me writing this I am still waiting on an order to hat I placed 2 hours ago with this Dominos threw the app. I... called them after over an hour of waiting on it with no update in the app (just kept saying it was being prepped) to be toldthey forgot to put the pizza in the oven and were waiting on that. I was told the order would delivered in 20 minutes from thatcall. That has certainly not happened. I ordered ultimate pepperoni & Hawaiian both large as well of 32 pieces wings. When i arrived at the location to pick up my... order the lady up front told me to wait another 15minutes, i said i?ll wait after that when my order was ready only i got is theHawaiian & the 32 pcs wings which my pepperoni was not added. The guy who took my order through call saying he never heardanything about that i mention the pepperoni and he is smiling to me like insulting the customer. Which i never heard hisapologies that he messed up order or offer something.
