I will start off by saying that the service has always been top notch! One of the reasons that I don't mind going even though... there are very few things that I can eat off of the menu. The food is always okay. Not great but in no way bad. I was excitedto see that they have upgraded their beverage selections and was going to order a latte until I was told that the machine thatmakes the espresso was down. Curbside pick up, checked in online and after 6 mins and I see no one coming out with my food, I just walked inside to grab it. ... Got home and one of my Beef Pot Roast container?s lid were not closed all the way, spilled everywhere, this was not the firsttime this had happened, need to be more mindful when packing customers orders, no silverware to be found, potatoes were somewhatstill hard, the flavor were lacking. Cracker Barrel is a Sunday favorite - it?s always a great time with family around comfort food! We particularly enjoy the... Virginia Beach Lynnhaven location due to the manager, John Batts who?s always accommodating and makes sure his customers havewhat they need. There can be a small wait sometimes but we always check in with the app and reserve our spot. Food is hot,fresh, served with a smile and of course - comforting and low cost! It?s a win all the time! Great food and service. It's been too long.

This was my first time ordering from them and never again i went through door dash. The photo on the left is what it is suppose... to look like well i got the one on the right delivered to me. No bacon pieces, no dressing and the salad looks prepared superfast and super lazy. Door dash credited me but this is no okay. Even though we came in late last night we were treated very nicely and the food was as fresh and delicious as it would have been... if we were earlier. Our sever was Dakota and he was perfect for our party of 8. He also kept the coffee coming, which we allknow is IMPORTANT! Thanks Dakota! You're awesome! So, just one thing I noticed, the bathroom.
