Usually when I go here to eat the food is very hot and tasty. One day I went during dinner my chicken fingers were warm ,not hot... like several days ago. Good shakes. Decent food but small portions. I recommend going in the store for takeout vs waiting in their slow drive thru
I can't for the life of me figure out why I can't get a correct order in a timely fashion from this place. The vacuums running... behind the store are probably making it so the cashier's taking to the order can't hear. 3rd time trying to get food here, 3rdtime the orders been completely wrong. Went twice. Got big double, cheddar style with fries and onion rings. Liked fresh, well-cooked burger and onion rings. Shakes... (blueberry, banana w/pineapple) were some of best I had. They were thick and you could taste the bits of fruit in them. Read more

I have always had a good experience ordering from here. I love cookout. Aside from getting my order wrong, which I?m not upset... about at all. My total came out to a little over $8 so I handed her $8.50. She handed me my food and then proceeded to stare atme. I asked for my change and she said ?it?s only a couple cents go head? and closed the window. I guess she didn?t feel likedoing the math? It looked like I offended her when I asked.. Read more
Very delicious shakes. Fast and friendly service. Food is good they are also one of the restaurants that have a dollar menu.... Food is reasonably priced lots of options.
