I love cookout but now I'm not sure I'll go back some of the food was not cooked thoroughly and since they were busy I decided... to call the location while waiting back in line. The manger was rude, didn't offer so much as an apology and when I got to thewindow the food almost landed on the ground because the employee didn't wait for me to take the fixed order, which I still gotfood that wasn't cooked thoroughly. Really disappointed 2 stars bc at least the drive thru girl was apologetic. Y'all can dobetter. Read more
Drove through with about 10 other cars. No one responded to place an order. Pull around and all of the employees are sitting in... a booth just watching everyone wait and drive off. This was at 8:45pm when they close at 3am. They got up and went to thekitchen when they noticed me stopped and taking a picture. Read more
Not being from the area we were excited to try a new fast food burger. I would not stop here again even if i was starving and... the food was free! In what universe does a double burger that is supposed to be 8 ounces look like one mini burger and one babyburger. Read more
Somehow, they managed to mess up everything that we ordered. Not only that, they were stingy with what they did give us. For 26... bucks, I expect my order to be right and have the right amount of food. I will not be eating at this location again. Skip thislocation and eat at the Indian River Cook Out. Read more

We went thru the drive thru. It was late late and They were extremely busy. Really though we would be waiting a good long while.... We were in shock yet pleased to see the line move quickly. When it was our turn to order, "" I thought here we go.They are busy.Person taking our order is going to speak fast/talk over the top of me/be short and borderline rude."" I was in for anothershock! Staff was amazing! Even for as busy as it was, the staff was quick/efficient/on point/pleasant and when we got to thewindow to pay and get our order? The staff was actually smiling!! Food was fresh and hot. We had ordered 2 chocolate maltmilkshakes with extra malt to go with our food. And They were even made right! Extra malt and Perfectly blended! Not sure ifthis is normal for this particular Cook Out or if we just happen to catch them at the right time.....yet I have to say.... thankyou guys... Job well done y'all! Job well done. Read more
Always love me some cookout with great portions and amazing food! However, it is really hard to hear them when going through the... drive through. They never put any ketchup in our bags so we ate our fries with no sauce. Also found a piece of hair in the shakeas well. Read more
Best cookout in ever compared to the one near JNAF Norfolk. I drive out of my way to this location every time and the workers... here are always nice in plus the food way better. The one in Norfolk gives me 3 cheese curds that are hard and burnt and 1/2 ofa chicken strip. The chicken strips here are huge and the cheese curds are fluffy and better than Buffalo Wild Wings andKelly?s. Read more
