As always, excellent ice cream. Clean and well decorated store. Not good, but not terrible service.

This place is unorganized. Several times I went in to pick up my orders, the employees were too busy to acknowledge. Last time,... I went in, waited in line to pick up my order, same thing happened, a man walked up to pick up his order, he was helped rightaway. Pay attention to your customers that already waited. You don?t just pick and choose who you?re helping, it?s not right.Ask who?s there first if you don?t know. Girl who helped me was very rude. I told her my order was for Togo and she passed me the bag and had me bag my own ice cream.... Ontop of that I felt rushed. Before I could finish my order she began to ring me up and gave me my total. I told her I still hadmore to order. Once I finished the rest of my order she dropped the bag on the counter like I was taking up her time. Employeesshould be nice and welcoming to customers not rude!! Read more
