I am giving 2 stars for the ice cream itself, but as for the prices, the quantity and wait times? it is not worth it. It?s a... complete rip off. I paid almost $4 for a kids cup with ice cream inside that was almost the size of a child?s thumb. Went here last night with my grandparent, the young lady that made my three orders was wonderful and polite. It was really busy... and she was amazing, however there was an I?ll assume manager that decided to berate her for giving me red velvet cake mixed inmy ice cream (which is odd because I got the same exact thing three days ago) and a man with green in his hair was also givingattitude about the cake. The young lady was very sweet about it and instead of tipping in cash in the jar I actually just addeda tip for the young lady that was helping but as for the other two they need better training and people skills because theiractions were unnecessary. I'm in love with Cold Stone. Always had good experiences as well as great ice cream. If I'm wanting a quick stop, I normally go... to dairy Queen for a higher-quality ice cream this is definitely the place. My go-to is normally apple pie a la. Omg, this icecream specialty is so delicious. If you're a cinnamon type of human, then definitely try this out. I even like to stop by in thewinter months.
