Overall, Chipotle customer service has really declined over the past 12 months in my experiences. Then there is the infamous... Upton Chipotle location, THE WORST OF THE WORST!!! If you want to be disappointed, aggravated, and hate Chipotle, the Uptonlocation is exactly what you need in your life. Every single time I visit this location they are out of something?lids, cups,food?mostly a combination of items. Customer service? What is that? Disappointment is their specialty item here at Upton andthey serve plenty of it! One positive of this location is the drive thru pick-up lane, which is about where the positiveattributes end. Last week, I placed an online order. When I arrived at the drive thru window, I was only given two of my fiveordered items. I was informed that the store was out of chips because the truck delivery was canceled somehow. Ok. So, then Iasked for my large drinks. I was at least given small cups without lids because the store did not have large cups or lids. Ofcourse! Why would I want a drink in my car without a lid? The employee was throwing the manager under the bus as I laughed atthem and this store. I agree! The management is horrible at this location, non-existent even. Since I ordered using the app, Ineeded to go through the process of getting my money reimbursed by contacting corporate, which I did. Veterans Day will make 1week and I still have not been contacted regarding reimbursement for the items I never received. I will NEVER return to theUpton Chipotle location, ever. This store just opened several months ago after moving from the other Red Mill location, whichwas also riddled with issues. I was hoping the change in location indicated some level of corporate intervention which isclearly not the case. The rating on this store is accurate, maybe even a bit high, really!! The only correction for the Uptonlocation is a complete management overhaul or to simply close the location. Read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I'm not typically the one to complain, but I had door dashed my meal to see barley any meat,... didn't get my chips, everything was cold af (only came from right down the st) didn't get any of the sauces on the side I paidfor. After looking online and seeing their previous reviews I'm not surprised. I was going to go back and have them fix it, butdecided to not even ask for a refund or anything. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was on a 30 min break and hoping to get something to eat during my lunch break. With only 4... customers in front of me they took 20 mins. Upon arriving to work I started eating only to find a fly in my food. I?m beyonddisgusted. The soda was just carbonated water and the chips were stale and extremely salty. Read more

I can?t leave zero stars. Reminds me of my mothers cooking. She had no idea how to cook rice either. It?s rice!!! Rice... should not be crunchy. Rice should be soft. If they can?t cook rice that means that they are either over cooking or undercooking everything else. Food safety protocols are obviously not on the store managers check list. Thought I cracked a tooth onrice!!! They must be just pouring it out of the bag and into the bowl. It?s not that hard! Read more

Placed an online order so i could come and pick up quickly. I placed it at 2:15pm said it would be ready at 2:20pm. i pulled up... to the window where the employees were just leaning on it doing nothing. the kid with earphones in said it was being made no bigi can wait a couple extra minutes. Some other employee (the only one who seemed to care i was waiting) came up and told mehalfway through sitting there that they were out of carnitas which leads me to believe my food was in fact not being worked on.I would continue to sit here for another ten minutes and watch 6 other people park their cars, walk in, order, and leave allwhile i was sitting there waiting for a single burrito. I ordered online for the convenience and because i was short on timewhen i could've just walked in and ordered and been out in 5 minutes. Read more

I think the queso was burnt? It was thick and tasted disgusting. Looked like cat puke. The fellow at the window was also quite... impatient, snapped at me when he misheard something twice, seemed irritated that I asked for a fork when he didn't put one in mybag. The barbacoa was also in three huge chunks in my bowl. I wish I'd also asked for a knife if I'd known I was expected tochop it up myself! I asked for extra rice and feel I was given less than normal. Would absolutely give zero stars if I could. I get that ordering through third-party apps like doordash causes complications,... but you have my contact information. You can call me and say ?we don?t have chips; call doordash to get your money back?. Iknow you have the people for it. I saw them, sitting around and doing nothing when I came in 20 minutes after my order wasdelivered incomplete. After not receiving my chips for the third time in a few months, I decided to bring my receipt in and seewhat?s going on. It was amazing. Every employee except one had earbuds in. The young man on the grill was scrolling his phone.The person who took my order wouldn?t make eye contact. I don?t think the employees are bad; I think they?re part of a terriblymanaged franchise location. I will no longer order from this location; I will drive to another chipotle and actively go out ofmy way to encourage others to not use this location. Absolutely terrible experience. Read more

After seeing some of the reviews, we were worried, but we placed a large catering order for a busy timeframe and it turned out... great! The staff was hustling and working hard and the food was normal ? definitely what I?d expect from Chipotle. They forgota small part of our order and were gracious when we went back to get it.
