Do not even think of mobile ordering here. They are always low staffed. I don't blame them; they get terrible pay with an... ever-growing amount of workload... who WOULD want to work at this corporate burrito machine? Well, it shows at this location,they are completely overwhelmed during most of their day. Employees are in over their head, the line for the drive thru loopsaround the building and goes out into Kemps River drive. Typical VA Beach food location: terrible service, long lines, and coldfood by the time you get home. Go to a different location if you have the time. Read more

This chipotle is hot garbage. They always mess up our orders. They are completely rude half the time. You order for pick up and... find they closed the inside early so you have to go in the drive thru line. We waited thirty minutes to get our food. By thattime it's cold.. Corporate needs to step up and do something about this location. It's an embarrassment and I don't even knowwhy they bothered to open it if they didn't care about running it properly. Stop hiring people who don't care and stop allowingthem to ruin the company's name or the fact they aren't trained properly. We always stop a few months then try again to see ifanything changed and nothing has. Just let this location go.. Our newest order we just picked up waited 30 minutes, didn't giveus our chips. We asking for a refund, they give you a free bowl and chips to ensure you come back if not this location, anotherlocation. Just don't come here and debating to stop Chipotle all around. Read more

I have ordered pickup from here a few times. It?s usually average, but this most recent time was the worst drivethru experience... I?ve had. Two cars in front of me took 10 minutes each to get their order, and the car directly in front of me was at the windowfor 20 minutes. I finally decided to just go in and get mine, but couldn?t get anyones attention for 2 minutes. Finally got myfood and it was cold of course. I love chipotle but I?ll be avoiding this one for a while. Read more

I ordered online for pickup and my order was waiting for me at 12:20 PM. The food was fresh and everything the way I ordered. I... ordered the burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side and a side of chips with guac. Delicious and good portion size. Read more

Been in line since 2:10pm for our order and we are still in line not even served yet and it?s 4:23pm now?the workers are inside... and messing around and laughing, you can see them through the windows. Now that our food has been given to us they refused to remake it even tho the meat has been out for too long just sitting there. So we waited in line for over and hour and a half to getbad food that we can?t even eat Witch they should have never even served being in a food business. We called 3 times while inline and saw them hang up each time. 0/10 recommended. And this isn?t a first at the establishment in this area. Read more

Usually I love them. Ordered a week ago grub hub and I was not happy. Went back in to order in person to redeem my tastebuds and... not much of a difference. I ordered a quesadilla that came to us square like a taco bell burrito, the cashier was so adamantabout me ordering online when I was the only one in the restaurant and when I was having trouble noone knew how to assist withthe app. Read more

Placed an order with the Chipotle App and chose to pick up in store. I gave myself a 30+ min pick up time. Upon arrival to the... store. The doors were all locked. The only way to pick up my already paid order was to go through the drive thru line that waswrapped around the entire store. I was able to find a parking spot and knocked at the door, when the employees saw me theygestured at me to go away. One employee even point at me and laughed. Finally, after some time at the door an employee came tothe door and said that the only way to pick up my already paid order was to get in the drive thru line. I told him I would liketo cancel my order and I would like a receipt. He said that he wouldn?t be able to provide a receipt because of how I orderedand I asked how would I then know if my order got canceled, he said to check my bank statements within 2-3 days. I asked if myfood was even ready and it wasn?t. They made it really quickly and just handed it to me. This is totally unacceptable andunprofessional. Very poor experience overall. I will no longer be ordering from this Chipotle. Read more
