I want to know how this chipotle is even still open? Check the yelp reviews if you don?t believe me. If i could give 0 stars i... would. I?ve been here many many times strictly out of convenience (5 minute walk, 1 minute drive from my house) and not a singletime has my experience been good. If i order online it?s never right. You have to go in person to make sure the order is right.But half the time you go in person they?re either closed earlier than their posted hours or ?online orders only?. If it?s onlineonly good luck getting it at your pickup time, it?s always so far past late. Now let?s talk about food quality? if they?rerunning low on something they won?t go get more to give you a normal portion they just skimp you. The guacamole has half anavocado chunk in there not smushed, because it?s hard and unripe and unable to be smushed. So it?s inedible. The chips areeither undercooked and mushy or totally old and stale. The last and worst thing about this chipotle is the staff???. They hatetheir customers and their jobs and make it known. They?ve yelled at each other in front of customers, been rude to people inline around me and myself. Every time I?ve been here the staff has an awful attitude and zero customer service skills. It?s likeyou?re inconveniencing them just by being there which is crazy considering the customers are the reason they have jobs. If youhave the extra 5 minutes to drive to lynnhaven chipotle, do it. The worse store in the city. Constant issues I will no longer support Chipotle because of it. Tonights example: 3 people in... front the As I was ordering, girl who walked away from helping the 5 or 6 people deep line to make to pickup orders. Mid orderthe counter boy stops helping me to get the guy behind me. Comes back when he's got a few for the next step. Watching frustratedcontinue with my order get to hot sauce it was empty boy says nothing and walks away and when said boy comes back and said theywere out. I asked if he can get it from where the girl was making pickup orders. I was told no, that he couldn't get it. Towhich I replied excuse me? So I cant have hot sauce? He replied No I couldnt. I asked the woman scooping it if she could give mea side of it. To which boy walks over to girl whispers something and she looks at him funny walks over to the fridge and grabs anew pan of hot sauce and places. This was the last straw from being regularly told only accepting online orders to being out ofitem. There's a clear leadership and training issue that should be resolved. Read more

this was the worst chipotle i ever been to and i LOVE chipotle.2 days ago i hot a quesadilla w white rice on the side and... boyfriend got brown rice. i had no rice at all but my bf had brown. we went again today, did a mobile pickup and realized wegot soft tacos instead of crispy. go back inside and they tell me that i ordered thru the app so they couldnt notify me. theyalso couldve told me this when they handed me the food but ok?my contact info is on the app?then i ask if theres anything else ican get bc my boyfriend isnt a fan of soft tacos so this would go to waste. she asks me what else on the menu adds up to thetacos (thats something i would be asking them??) and that since i already took the food out then she cant take it back?..wellwhy would you let me walk out with it without telling me its different?? after trying to see if he wants something else we saidforget it and my bf would just put the filling in the crispy tacos @ home?mainly bc of the response back. then we realized wedidnt have our bottle drinks so we turn around & go back and they were like ?you had drinks??? and i told them what they wereand the lady just took them out and set them down without saying anything. i said ?thank you? first where she replied ?urwelcome? but ofc no apologies for the inconvenience or anything. it was like i was imconviencing them. when i got home i wasalso missing my salad dressing and my extra tortilla on the side. a lot of $ went to waste and i probably wont ever give thislocation a chance again, Read more

The bowl lid was covered with queso and other cheese sticky stuff on it but employee gave the same bowl lid anyways(Added... photos). Manager was not helpful. We went to buy Veggie bowl and we were told no veggies and told us to buy sofritas bowl andwhen we asked for guac instead of veggies, we were told that they would $1 for guac for each bowl. This was the most disappointing and frustrating experience I've ever had with Chipotle. Nowhere does it say that you HAVE to... order ONLINE when you look up the Laskin Road location. I drove over, went in and at the beginning of the line there's a signsaying ALL orders have to be made ONLINE. Really? So I had to go to a table, look up where to find the ONLINE and place myorder. I picked a TIME to PICK up, 5 minutes from then, which was an option, got to the end and was told that the TIME had"expired " and needed to be changed. FINALLY got the order placed with my name. There were 3 employees all standing around the"Take out" area, nobody cooking. They completed my order, YELLED my name and placed my bag on a rack and turned around and wentback to the order area. When I took my bag there was no "Thank you " or ANY kind of communication. Might as well have beenrobots. To add insult to injury the food was COLD. Not the least bit warm. SERIOUSLY? Has such a great and wholesome restaurantcome to THIS? Are all Chipotle's this way? If so. You've lost a customer! Read more

At the Chipotle near me, one must order remotely and pick it up at the store. Had no idea of that when I went. I?m not sure... there is a way that potential customers could be advised of this but I would have appreciated it. When I got home and openedit, I was shocked that there was certainly less meat in the container. I realized that it?s much easier to do business with youwhen I can see what you are doing. Additionally, there was no guacamole in the store. I understand that shortage of staff isdifficult but also allows you to skimp on the order. I have been a costumer for almost 30 years but no more. Amazing service!! I wish I paid attention to nametags but every single employee was just the best! Awesome customer service,... quick preparing my order, and even during a rush they had a smile on their face and gave us lots of compliments. The food wasdelicious. The lady server must've been new. Every topping I pick for my burrito was given in quite a small margin. Small amount of steak,... small amount of rice, small amount of queso, small amount sauce, small amount of cheese, small amount of lettuce. When it wastime to roll the burrito up she jokingly said " I can roll this in my sleep" as she sloppily roll pieces of my steak and lettuceto the ground. I mean I'm paying for it so please stop dropping my food to the ground. The customer after me was lucky to get anexperience worker. His portion was well worth the price and it look as though it was perfectly rolled up. Got home, ate theburrito. Was not satisfied at all..... "QDOOOOOOBAAAAAA!!!!! I'M SORRY!
