This is the worst Chipotle restaurant. Tonight I went in to order my food. They started putting it together and building my... bowl. When I said cheese....they said we are out. I asked do you have any in the to go? They said yes but they can't put it onmine. Their reason was because I am not a to go order. So the fact that I am also a customer that drove here and I am payingdidn't matter. I didn't take my order and left. The workers here are extremely rude and this is not the only time I haveexperienced this. I will no longer visit this store and I suggest others try somewhere else. Here again,walked in seen 6 people just sitting in the waiting area to be told by a customer they were online only. I said... fine,I'll place it and wait I. Went up and asked a worker to explain to me the new steak,she said it doesn't matter we are soldout,but the ingredients are listed here...and points to a picture...I get my food come home,barley any corn on it,not even halfway filled I'm so over this at this location. Deff not happy, this is the location we go to every time. Tonight we decided to go since it's been awhile, worst decision ever.... They messed up the order right in front of me,and when I told the guy making it he clearly didn't care nor want to fix it. Theyput a small spoonful of food into our bowls,and when I asked for more, I was ignored. The girl who started the food,was notdoing good at all and neither was the guy who took over. I wanted to try the new steak,but they were out and not making anymoreit was only 8:00pm, they were also out of guacamole. The rice was not good either, not sure what was wrong with it but I didn'teven eat half my bowl. And the ice machine was out of ice,so the only nice person was the lady working the register who went andgot me ice in the back. I won't be back for a while and I hope things change. Read more

If you like chipotle but wish you could eat it cold, this is the place for you!!! I've given them 4 chances, and they've never... failed to deliver cold food. I know the company aims for hot/warm food, but if you are only interested in cold and disappointingfood, you will LOVE this location. Whether it be dine in or take out, they are consistently perfect in giving you food that ishighly susceptible to food-borne illness. An interesting take on a company that is supposed to be following the food-saferegulations. Read more

I love chipotle but this one in particular is always disappointing, I went in today when they opened and they didn?t have... anything ready. They told me that multiple things weren?t up to the correct temperature yet and it was going to be another 20min or so. I hope they can do better because I love chipotle and this one is close to the house and really convenient but ifthey do t get better, I don?t think I will be going here anymore. Read more
