The food was great as usual but unfortunately the drive-thru times are taking longer and longer. I placed a mobile order and... was in line for at least 20 minutes and 15 of those minutes were spent waiting on food. Super sad to see the direct deliveryoption going away. Read more

I wanted to point out and thank the girl with pigtails and pretty round glasses. She was really sweet and kind to my son and I.... She is one of the best workers there that I noticed. She was very helpful even in these tough times, you never know what someoneis going through. Read more

One star because I have to leave a star to leave a review. They do not answer the phone to resolve the problem. So I will... continue on to speak with cooperate. This location never fails to forget items from my order. I am highly disappointed & tiredof this inconvenience every damn time. I have ordered delivery & had to go to the restaurant to fix incorrect order. I have beenshort on time to where I had to be just to return incorrect orders. I am absolutely tired of this. Do better. Got a sad looking Cobb salad, they forgot my ranch and I had to drive back to get it. That?s whatever. But what really got me... was the worm in my food. Typing under my husband name but I?m pregnant and that can?t be good for me. Chick-fil-A is still fastfood but I expect so much better than that. You know I got my meal refunded. Not coming back to this location or any Chick-fil-Afor that matter for that matter. Read more

Very busy and missed multiple items in my to-go order that I didn?t have time to sift through before leaving the restaurant.... Personally, I?d find it worth driving to another chick fil a in the future based on the amount missing. They also make you goinside for mobile curbside ordering which defeats the point. Read more

The most disorganized and unprofessional Chick-fil-A I have been to. The entire staff needs to be fired and they need to rehire... everyone. Maybe then they can work together and run the business smoothly with little abrasion. Bunch of young employees runningaround joking with each other or even arguing in front of all the customers. Ridiculously long wait for an establishment thatprides themselves with fast and friendly customer service. Drive thru is an absolute disaster and so was waiting inside. Go toany other Chick-fil-A in VB and it is not going to be like this. Food quality was not as good at this location either but Ipretty much expected that. Read more

This location has lost a bit of its customer service: 1. Way too much longer wait times. 2. Forgetting food in orders. 3. Drive... thru placing wrong orders. While training may seem to be the obvious issue, there is much understanding that new employees maynot always adapt to the authentic culture of customer service that Chick-fil-A?s always have delivered. This location is still agood one, but it is evident that there has been a gap in this location providing it?s best within it?s daily operations. Read more

I would give NO stars if I could! I wait in the line at this locations for at least 20 minutes? I have another location I... occasionally visit too, always has me out in 5-10 minutes! Ridiculous! Why does this location NEVER offer curbside for mobileorders? That?s one of the whole points of the app!!! I spent SO much money at this location and tonight was my last straw. Notonly did I already hate this location, but tonight I learned that are filthy!! I found a FLY in my sweet tea!!!! DISGUSTING!Save your money or go to another location. Read more
