The restaurant is 6 minutes down the road. Order came late, was cold and we got it as shown. After opening the box I walked back... out to driver (Chris) and he ignored me calling him and got back in his car and sped off. The manager of this store went above and beyond for me to take care of my order being completely destroyed and then when I... voiced this the manager at the ocean front store insulted my intelligence by selling me half way cooked wings and stated that hehimself put them through the oven. So I got upset naturally and called this store. The manager that used to run the same storethat was in question he remembered exactly who I was and apologized and even though he doesn't work at this other branch he tookthe time out of his day to call one of the workers their and over see through video that my food was cooked properly anddelivered with in a reasonable time. I was cool with waiting a bit longer since it was really busy. But when I finally got my pizza, it had sausage but not... pepperoni. The receipt was accurate and the deal was for a large 2 topping. My husband walked into this store at 3:05pm to order 2 meatball sandwiches, my husband asked to make sure there was a "hardy"... amount of sauce on both sandwiches. He waited over 35 minutes at the store for the food to be ready, only to get home to findthat there was no sauce on the sandwiches. My husband called to let them know he was returning the food for a refund; thecounter person (he was a different worker than the original worker that made the sandwiches) offered to remake the food, myhusband said he no longer wanted the food, he was going to return the food to the store. Once he got back to the store theworkers told my husband he would have to call their Corporate office to get a refund. The workers went on to argue with myhusband that they were not going to give him a refund and he should just accept new sandwiches. My husband told the workers hewas going to take a picture of the food for proof that they were not made to order, he went to the car to get his phone, when hereturned the workers had called another manager who told them 100% give my husband his refund.
