Poor Customer Service. Clearly the stores managers do not run the place properly. A couple weeks ago I placed a delivery. After... 2 hrs, I get a call saying they've canceled my order, which the app just said was delivered, because the driver backed into apoll. Okay, whatever. I contact the store to make them aware of my disappointment. Gentlemen apologized, he took down my nameand said my next order would be half off. Again, okay, didn't plan to even order from them ever again. Fast forward to today,place an online order, but something told me to call and verify that I would receive the discount when I came in. I spoke to twowomen, one being the morning manager, whom was absolutely no help and slightly rude. Told me I could not receive the discounteven though my name was wrote down and I would have to wait until the other manager came in after 5p. So, I cancelled myorder. Things happen, I get that, but good customer service and how you speak to people goes a long way. This store definitelyneeds an overhaul. 10/10 do NOT recommend. I highly recommend you choosing any other pizza shop that's right there. Personally,Pizza hut has never disappointment me in the customer service department. Read more
