Have they even heard of seasoning? I ordered three items for delivery today. 1. Garlic Bread. It was decent, but tasted... stale. 2. Bacon cheese fries. I received 23 fries with a dusting of cheese and the least flavorful bacon I have ever eaten in mylife. 3. Garlic Parm wings. There was no seasoning in sight. At $13 for 6 wings, I at least expect them to taste good. It tastedlike they sprinkled some garlic powder and parmesan on the other side of the room and threw them in the oven. If I wanted toseason my own food I would have hit the grocery store before ordering. In conclusion, eat some cardboard or order somewhereelse. At least the delivery driver was cool. Read more

All I can say is "WOW". I have supported Chanellos Pizza ( Kempsville) for several years. My partner AlWAYS gets the bread... sticks/ large and I ALWAYS get a greek salad(large). On this evening, we ordered the SAME THING, albeit yelling over blaringbackground music and a very very very very soft spoken agent. We repeated the order four times. Instead of the ALWAYS orderedGreek, I got a Garden salad. Here is the WOW part. When I called the store to advise that I got the wrong order, the "manager"yelled, screamed and berated stating that " you SAID you ordered a Greek salad, but your ORDER was input for a garden salad sothat is what you got ! you know you ordered a garden salad". Mortified, I advised that, I never eat garden salads, I am allergicto sharp cheese, and was super sad that he felt that I was lying. I encouraged him to check the multiple orders to my address,they are all the same (large bread sticks, large greek). He pouted, yelled, screamed and was louder than the first tirade. Priorto slamming the phone in my ear, he yelled that "HE" did not take the order but, demanded that I "COME UP HERE AND GET THE NEWSALAD' My options: 1) Arrive at Chanellos with the police or 2) suck up the loss. Waited over 2 hours for a delivery order placed at 5:30pm on a Sunday for Gino?s. Once we hit close to 2.5 hours I canceled the... $60 order that still had not arrived. Went to Chanellos in Red Mill and got the same order in 15 minutes for $20 less. Qualityfood was the same but customer service from Chanellos was far and beyond better than Gino?s!! Underwhelming at best. Ordered a family deal for delivery. Pizzas were alright. Garlic knots were miniature compared to anywhere... else we have visited locally. Received the dessert with the cinnamon sugar pouring out of the bag, which is of course anaccident but deserves noting for possible improvement of packaging. Most disappointing was the cheddar bacon fries. $6 and wereceived a container that wasn't even 1/3 of the way full. And to send it home, our food was lukewarm/cold at best. Ordered 2 pizzas at 11 am when they opened. Seems they just turned the oven on so I couldn't pick up as soon as I needed for... lunch. Strange that they don't have someone come in earlier to turn on oven or have a timer so they're ready to dobusiness. Then I tried to pay with a $50. He refused to take it as he "needed cash to pay drivers" at the end of thenight...like in 12 hours. So I paid with a credit card and they tack on a cc fee. Really!!?? This store does an awesome job! Always fast and friendly and accurate! If I ask for my pizza well done? It?s well done. This... might seem simple, but many pizza delivery shops neglect special instructions in my experience. The rewards program is alsogreat! Read more
