All these bad reviews are wack, almost... turned us off, but I?ve worked pizza I understand staff shortages and problems occur, and hangry people get impatient so weOrdered online, said It would take an hour, which we didn?t mind. It?s a Saturday night, I?m sure their busy! Pizza was right ontime, hot and fresh! Delivery driver was super nice! He even brought us plates and napkins, we didn?t even ask!! If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would this is the third time they've ruined my wings I order 3 to 4 times a week... and both times that they didn't fix the situation and made it very unpleasant the same manager that is working tonight was theone that said these saugy not even cooked all the way wings were put through the oven 5 times I order 30 to 50 dollars worth offood every order and the only time I've had to complain is when this manager is on call. We haven't ordered pizza in a while and decided to splurge tonight. We are so very glad that we did. The customer service at... store #3 Chanello's Pizza at Birdneck is great. The guy who answered was patient with my questions and very knowledgeable. Whenhe delivered, he called to let me know (we did contactless delivery). This was an awesome courtesy and I really appreciate it.Beyond the good service, when we opened the pizza's, we're thrilled. They were perfect!
