Not to knock Chipotle, their competition across the street, but CAVA is soooo delicious and healthy I've been ordering from... there for the past 4 days! For those who don't eat any form of meat you MUST GO THERE at least once or twice or three times????.You will NOT regret it! Really good fast food. Cafeteria style. Lots of "Mediterranean" choices. Surprisingly their grilled chicken isn't zero points on... WW, if that's your deal. Really enjoyed the meal and the staff was pleasant even though they were crazy busy. Looking forward toreturning. Read more

It is the typical casual fast food place with contemporary design, good food at affordable price. If Chpotle had a Mediterranean... sister it undoubtedly will be CAVA. They cater to similar clients and have similar dishes, bowls, and protein choice. The mealvery salty and I believe most people think are making a healthier choice, but this may not be the case. It is healthier than McDand Taco Bell for sure. Overall it is a very filling meal for around $10-12, excluding a drink... so why not? I would revisit. Read more
