A wonderful fast food experience - in a time where most fast food workers seem to hate their jobs and begrudgingly put up with... customers, this Burger King is a breath of fresh air! Every single employee here was not only friendly and helpful but seemed toactually enjoy their job and working with each other. The atmosphere lifts your spirits and makes an otherwise normal lunch muchmore enjoyable. I want to commend the shift manager, staff, and owners for nurturing a work experience like this. Fast drive thru and not a bunch of mistakes. Also they don't rush your ordering when in the drive thru. Good people there!
Love ?? the rewards program. Able to eat meals everyday for $1-3. However, it's freezing ???? in here. It's almost 9pm and I'm... the only one in here. Too cold. I've worked in restaurants and the managers turn the air up to get rid of people. Why, I have noidea. It's the new American way to cancell culture. Also the bathroom is almost always a mess. It wasn?t the best time I?ve had at a Burger King. My double whopper with cheese didn?t have cheese and then they decided to be... rude when I asked them to add the cheese. Either way they fixed the situation and the burger was still decent. Read more
On a Saturday morning we had traveled to three McDonalds to pick up a Mobil order-all three had issues and didn?t have an order... for us. We were on a time crunch and I pulled into this Burger King and there was no line. The kind older woman at the windowtook our order quickly, had our drinks immediately and even brought the food out to the car one minute later. Enough time for meto tell my family we were going to go here from now on and not bother with the other fast food chain. The lady at the register could not get our order correct and after being told 3 times she still messed up and i did not get any... food so we had to go up and order again. We asked for no onions and tomatoes on a few of our burgers and still got them. Askedfor ranch and ketchup didn't get that either which would be ok if everything else wasn't so terrible. It was a terribleexperience! The food at least tasted ok once I finally got mine and after we took the onions and tomatoes off others. Our orderwas very straightforward if we was back and forth on things i would understand but we wasnt. Other customers were hassled ondoing their order a different way to save money not once but multiple times and told they may not be able to do things the waythey like as to help someone who is autistic and needs their food a certain way. Horrible customer service! I do NOTrecommend!!! The only reason i gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food tasted ok enough.
