I went just for the Ghost ???? Pepper burger ????. I watched a few different YouTube reviews on it. I love spicy ????? hot... food. I don?t know if it?s just this store or all of them. I had no fried jalapeños and it had no heat at all. If your out ofsomething that goes on a product it would be nice to know. My burger was even dry, but hot and dry. The fries where hot andnuggets so that was good ???????? and they did get the order rightish. We tried to go in the lobby it was 7pm on a Friday andthey where cleaning the lobby with all of the doors locked. A crew member looked at me and my hole family and didn?t even cometell us anything at all just looked and walked by. But looking at the lobby hrs it stayed open till 9:30pm on Friday. So we wentthrow the drive throw. There was 4 and a person that didn?t even look like he worked there not in a uniform, heavyset and grungylooking behind the counter with them you could tell he didn?t belong there. Thank god he was not touching your food he was juststanding there behind a register or I wound have just asked for your money back. Who knows how many people are in the backcooking. So there is no reason why lobby should have been closed. I have been in food service for about 20years. If there was areason the manager should have had a sign, apologizing for why the lobby was closed. Read more
