Sadly I am disappointed with this place. Today I decided to come for a to go order and it took 10-15 min for someone to come and... get my order. After that I waited 30 minutes for my order. I only got 10 boneless wings. When I opened my boxes I noticed mywings barely had any sauce and were dry and cold. This is not my first time waiting for a long time for wings that barely hadany sauce and were dry. I truly hope that management can fix this restaurant. Read more
The service was very slow even though there were only 3 groups of people beside us there. Then we asked for chili and cheese on... the fries and hey first brought them to the table with none. Then after sending them back to put the chili and cheese on thiswas all they put on them. Then I wanted to order onion rings but they were out. Then I ordered a mixed drink that was on themenu but they were out of the ingredients for it as well. The place was dirty and the parking lot was poor condition withterrible pot holes. Read more
Worst customer service! I arrived @ 6pm with 3 others.. 1st walked in and nobody was there to greet us so we all sat down, a... young male was just walking around and watched us stand there and never approached us..a staff member who was outside talking tofriends/family walked inside and asked if we had been helped & i said no..so he walked us to a table that had someone's creditcard bill on the table (obviously the table wasnt cleaned) he ended up being the bartender.. so he left the bar unattended to gochit chat outside.. Our waiter went to take our order and didnt have a pen so he walked around asking everyone for a pen andnobody had one..ordered our drinks and 3 appetizers.. side salad, fried pickles and chips/salsa..10 min later 3 of our drinkscame out which was 1 water and 2 sodas.. 5 min later the fried pickles came out.. at 6:40 the 2nd appetizer came out ofchips/salsa.. 10 min later 3/4 food orders came out.. 2 orders of small wings, and a chicken wrap.. now the 4th person is stillwaiting for their strawberry lemonade drink and their food which was just a chicken Caesar salad.. I go to the woman's bathroomand it was disgusting..toilet paper and trash all over the floor and it stunk.. a staff member walked in which she just cameonto shift change.. told her this was gross and she looked like it wasn't the 1st time she had been told that before. Mydaughters wings were all dry, the wrap/Potato wedges were gross and the size of the wings were ment for a 2 yr old. A staffmember approached who seemed to be a mgr..asked if everything was OK and I said no.. I had to ask for napkins and silverware..when we were almost done w our food then they finally bring out the lemonade and salad.. I told the waiter that I was stillwaiting on my appetizer which was a side salad but to cancel it bc I didn't want it anymore. I've been here twice. The food is good. The drinks are great. Great wait staff. This establishment gives off good sports vibes.... Different types of sports coverage is shown throughout the restaurant on large flat-screen tvs. Will be eating here again. Read more
My first time eating here. Great atmosphere. Big screen television throughout the restaurant. Food was good. They serve mix... drinks and beer. Good place to eat. Wait Staff are attentive and friendly. I'll be going back really soon. Read more
Terrible service overall. 1) I waited 25 minutes for a take out order 2) Customer service was atrocious. Was handed the wrong... order by the staff & when I came back and told the staff she was dismissive & uncaring. Food was cold. They brought out everyone?s food at different times. The nacho?s barely had cheese on them. I ordered an all... American burger and fries and there was only a few fries.
