Our waitress was great. Very friendly, and the right amount of attention. She didn't bug us needlessly nor did she leave us... alone to dry out. The restaurant appeared clean and there were plenty of screens and a variety of sports to watch. We got abeer, boneless wings, fries, and tots. Just a sign of the times, you walk in and told 30 min wait the place was practically empty except for the 4 families waiting to... be seated One bartender and 2 waitresses. Food took forever and came out in spurts and took forever to get a beer. Would be ahard pass for anyone so close to the boardwalk, recommend go to a smaller more local owned and not a chain place. So... here's what's up. If an employee walks up to you scared because they have 86'd alot of items and thinks the place is a... mess, then you are probably not going to have a good time. Also, place was dirty and staff were not being utilized properly ordriven with any motivation. This is probably due to lack of leadership and proper training. I'm leaving this review for theemployer not the guests. You guys need more direction in this location and less whatever you're doing. Even though it said under staffed I expected some delays but this was far beyond the expectation. We loved this place for a... Friday get away wings and beer. But we ended up running out of beer and after waiting for a refill for 40 minutes my wifedecided to ask assistance from the young ladies sitting at the table watching videos on the cell phone instead of wrappingsilver wear. In return she received an aggressive response back letting her know we are better to leave than waiting forservice. I feel bad for the waiter he was trying his best but the bar tender was too busy chit chatting instead of getting thebeer order in. How long does it take to pour a beer to keep the customer hydrated? After arrive to our hotel, we we?re hungry, cold, and exhausted. The valet suggested to go to a place called Chop. As we walked... down the street in the freezing cold we found Chop. It was not appropriate based on the way we were dressed. As we fell sodisappointed and lost we looked up and saw a familiar logo!!! Hooray!!! Although I am totally against going to common places onvacations, we eagerly ran into the building and was created by the hostess that turned out to be our server as well. What asmile. T, our server was patient and helpful. Every server and employee that walked out of the kitchen smiles and said hello asthey passed our booth. I was really impressed by that. We ordered a few happy hour items and although half our orders wereeither not out in, or forgotten we still had a good time and enjoyed the service. The only complaint I have is the balance oftheir blue Long Island. It?s entirely too sweet. They did say they made it over and I?m all for sweet drinks but it tasted likesyrup.
