I came here last night to watch the UFC fights and had a great time. Lo was my waitress and she treated my boyfriend and I like... we were friends she had known forever. The place was packed but she was working so hard to make sure we had a great experience.All of the waiters/waitresses were so busy yet they all kept a smile on their face which made it such a great environment. Went for lunch today. No one up front, 10 people waiting for orders. Went to the bar. About a dozen people there. Tried to sit... at the bar but it was dirty. People were coming to the bartender to close out checks. She was the only one visible and appearedto be swamped so we left. Will try lunch another day - hopefully not so short staffed. Read more

We used to love coming here. Not exactly sure what happened but their customer service took a massive nose dive. We waited to... be seated for 45 minutes after we were informed it was a 25 minute wait. It took 10 minutes for someone to come to the front toeven inform us that much. Apparently they don't have a system to take names either so we had to stand there and wait. Duringthat time I saw four groups leave the restaurant but none of the other people waiting with us were seated. It was such abizarre experience compared to the service we received before. We tried this location two more times with similar experiences before giving up. I'll check back in a year I guess. Read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The service was absolutely terrible. Party of 2 waited 20 minutes to even be acknowledged by... the absent host. Finally sat in a half empty dinning area for over 30 minutes without a single person approaching the table. Ihad to stop the poor bus boy to figure out who our server was. Then 8 minutes later we get a server. The server brought back thewrong drin after a significant time. And then didn't return for long enough for me to have to ask the poor host for a drink Ican drink. I'm not a 'karen'... I've worked the service industry, but this was one of the worst dinning experiences I've had. IfI could have found the manager I would have, but again the staff was no where to he found. We eventually got our food which tookeven longer to arrive, only to find it to be in poor quality. The wings were severely over cooked and appeared to be sitting inthe heat lamp for an extended period of time. We had no utensils or napkins, and again had to ask. Receiving bare minimumservice was like pulling teeth. 10/10 disappointed with this restaurant, the food and the service. Ordered bottled water.. $1.99, my son ordered a Pepsi, server brought us Walmart brand water and Mtn. Dew. I normally would not... be amused, but let it slide... this time. Haven't tried the Caesar Salad.. Read more

Server was nice and knew what he was doing! Could have checked on us more but I would have avoided table until they got all... their food also.... first we received sides and 1 kids meal, next 1 kids meal and bone in wings, while my brother in law satwaiting at least 10 minutes for boneless wings to be delivered and 1 child without food, sides were shared, I work in theindustry and forgive all of this.... however, demanding a phone number to pay the bill is unacceptable will not return for thatvery reason... guest have a right to privacy and I I feel mine was invaded, demanding phone numbers from patrons is completelyunacceptable and I am reaching out to corporate Read more

Tables are dirty. Bathrooms are disgusting. Staff is polite and kind, but like most every other restaurant service is slow. Food... is still very good though!! Read more

Absolutely amazing. We had the best server I?ve ever had, in the bar area today. 100/10 recommend the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap... and Honey BBQ wings, full of flavor and absolutely delicious. Worth every penny. Read more
