I got the bake beans, catfish, hursh puppies and shrimp. The bake beans were decent. It tasted like it had a little too much of... bar*b*q sauce in it(or whatever that sauce was). It could have been a little hotter because it was warm. Other than thateverything else was perfect. You can tell they fried their food in fresh oil because the food was beautiful and it tasteddelicious. Those were the best hursh puppies I had in a very long time. It tasted like cornbread that\'s sweeted just right. Itsnot too sweet or undersweet(just how I like it). I would get them for dessert ????. I usually don\'t like cat fish, but I onlygot it because they were out of the flounder. I love their catfish. I also don\'t eat shrimp that much but this place made melove them. Everything in my basket was a nice size. I had 2 big fish and the shrimp were big(I will insert a photo). The tatersauce was also good. I\'m definitely coming back and bringing my son to try it out. Great little gem! I\'m not from the area and was looking for a little bur great seafood shack. Bingo, I was not disappointed!... The oyster poboy was great! Found another spot off the beaten path. Bubba’s Shrimp Shack Newtown was pretty good. The shrimp was lightly fried and crispy,... the whitening fish was on point as well. The prices weren\'t bad either. Will be making another trip here soon. Read more

This is an awesome place for seafood! Big menu, great variety, excellent price. Plenty of seating options and fun ambience.... Worth the visit!\n\nAlso, take out is a breeze and they are super fast! Very good baskets of fish and a really good menu. Captains basket was delicious and the Bubba sauce went great with everything.... You can also get a la carte pieces of fish if you don\'t want all the sides. They do serve alcohol with a nice selection oflocal beer and old favorites. They also have house cocktail. The oyster tacos were good and every fried oyster was nice andplump. We liked the green beans as a side choice and the cole slaw was very good. Read more

Everyone is kind and very friendly! The oyster taco was delicious and the slaw inside is very yummy. The oysters were cooked... perfectly and were crispy. My son said he loved the hush puppies and that they were better than other hush puppies he’s had. Read more
