Tiera was fabulous. Accommodated every request we threw at her. Very patient. Verified on the things she wasn't sure about. Good... at attempting the upsell of more drinks or dessert. John, the cook and owner, made our food fantastically. We asked and heserved. We couldn't have expected a better experience. Highly recommend both as a customer and as a businessowner. For what you get, Brickhouse isn't too bad. Our waitress was great and fast but all the other employees there seem to be lost... especially at the front desk. Prices are very fair. The pancakes aren't the greatest pancakes I have ever had but they werepretty good. I also got the biscuit chicken sandwich with an egg and it was also pretty good. Read more

I was first introduced to this place by my friend Matt. And I hardly review places, but this is worthwhile. Tiera was more than... happy to answer all of our questions and was very full of positive energy. The food here is so delicious. The cooks (John runsa tight ship) really make the food presentation perfect! I would recommend this place, and let me finish my review!! Matt andI ordered burgers from them and we asked Tiera the complicated question if we can have or beef switched for chicken. We wantedto have the taste of the entree components but with chicken instead of a beef patty. They did exactly that and went throughhoops to make it happen. It's a great experience. Called ahead to see what time they stopped breakfast, thankfully I got there thirty minutes before they switch to lunch. I... decided to get the country fried steak skillet! The skillet came with fried steak, home fries, eggs and gravy. So delicious! Soworth it! Then got a side biscuit!! I ordered the fresh squeezed orange juice and chicken sandwich. Both were really good! I actually ate my entire sandwich and I... love they have regular and chipotle Mayo and ranch. Pleaseeeee do yourself a favor and order the sweet potato fries! I wanted tofinish every single morsel, it was so good.
