The one star is solely for the fact that the workers were very sweet and apologized for the long wait. I understand that service... workers get the short end of the stick and are constantly bullied and belittled by customers, so kudos to them! However, myfamily and I were dissatisfied by the order. We spent $28, almost $30 on a family sized meal. We ordered two sides, fries andMac and Cheese. We waited in line for roughly 20 minutes. When we got up to get the food and pay, they informed us that the Macand Cheese hadn?t been put in the warmer and would take 10 minutes to warm up. We didn?t want to be a bother so we just gotdouble fries. The fries were entirely too salty and inedible. They also forgot to give us our 1/2 gallon of sweet tea that comeswith the meal, we had to remind them before driving off. I guess it was just an off night. Read more

My husband purchased food from this store frequently. Once home and about to eat his food 45 minutes later we found an extremely... looonnngggg piece of hair throughout his food. I noticed on another prior occasion others didn't have hair nets on. I NEVERthought we'd live to regret it. I called the store to report it but of course they don't answer the phone. Ordered a 3 wing dinner and asked for a bun instead of a biscuit. Associate told me it's company policy that you can't... substitute and get a bun. I've literally been substituting and getting a bun for over 20 years. Very poor customer service. I'mcurrently headed down the street to a burger joint. Y'all aren't the only option on the block. Have Literally never been to Bojangles before. I certainly plan on returning I think their chicken sandwich is better than... Chick-fil-A's, Although they could make their buns just a little bit bigger. The side selections are awesome! I had the dirtyrice, the French fries and the mashed potatoes with gravy. All of them were outstanding. Kids had the Mac and cheese which wasalso really good, my son said it was his favorite now. Read more
I just stopped in and ordered a two piece meals and asked for fresh fries. The lady stated some just came up. I said perfect... and then when we get to the window the fries were clearly old fries they just dropped in grease again. We told the shortblonde/color-dyed haired girl with piercings in her lips, who was at the window and took our order that the fries were old soshe took back the old fries they gave us then huffed and asked for someone to drop, ?a handful of fries?. While we?re waitingfor fresh fries I bit into the chicken and it was also old and dried up from sitting under a heat lamp too long. I didn?t feellike asking for fresh chicken too because she already seemed irritated that I expected fresh food. She then comes back to thewindow and hands the fries to us and says, ? here ya go? and walked away. Not one time did she apologize but instead seemedirritated I asked for fresh food at 5:22 pm on a Saturday. I will not eat at this Bojangles again, the food was old and nasty?even the new fries seemed old? maybe try changing the grease more frequently and treating customers kindly instead of lookinglike you hate your job would be a nice start for her, and stop lying to customers and serving old food. Good staple chicken and the best is their bo rounds. However only when not cold and crispy. My last visit I dined in and they... brought me hard bo rounds that I hit the table with to demonstrate how overdone and old they were to my wife. The employee'sacted as if I was ridiculous asking for new one's. One rule is if you're going to do stuff like serve old food don't do it tothe people in your lobby. Read more
