The one star is solely for the fact that the workers were very sweet and apologized for the long wait. I understand that service... workers get the short end of the stick and are constantly bullied and belittled by customers, so kudos to them! However, myfamily and I were dissatisfied by the order. We spent $28, almost $30 on a family sized meal. We ordered two sides, fries andMac and Cheese. We waited in line for roughly 20 minutes. When we got up to get the food and pay, they informed us that the Macand Cheese hadn?t been put in the warmer and would take 10 minutes to warm up. We didn?t want to be a bother so we just gotdouble fries. The fries were entirely too salty and inedible. They also forgot to give us our 1/2 gallon of sweet tea that comeswith the meal, we had to remind them before driving off. I guess it was just an off night. Read more

My husband purchased food from this store frequently. Once home and about to eat his food 45 minutes later we found an extremely... looonnngggg piece of hair throughout his food. I noticed on another prior occasion others didn't have hair nets on. I NEVERthought we'd live to regret it. I called the store to report it but of course they don't answer the phone. Good staple chicken and the best is their bo rounds. However only when not cold and crispy. My last visit I dined in and they... brought me hard bo rounds that I hit the table with to demonstrate how overdone and old they were to my wife. The employee'sacted as if I was ridiculous asking for new one's. One rule is if you're going to do stuff like serve old food don't do it tothe people in your lobby. Read more
