I was really tempted to leave only 3 stars because the server took 15 minutes to take my drink order after I washed my hands,... and then another 15 minutes to bring that to the table after me asking. I've never eaten here but two of the co-workers who Iwas with have and talked me into it. Ordered Arroz con pollo, but they couldn't or wouldn't add shrimp. Check your bill. I was overcharged on my dinner by $2.50, charged a "take out fee," and the tax was $5.00 (more than 10% in... this case) flat instead of the actual tax rate. This was our first time at Bilus and we were NOT disappointed. Our server was super friendly and engaging. We had the chicharron... arepa, chicken empanada (I think) and chicken and rice dish as well as drinks. Everything was great. This will definitely becomea regular spot. This hidden gem was one of the best finds in a while! I met my friend here for brunch and ordered the frijoladas. It was... flavorful and extremely filling. The server we had didn?t speak much English but he still did an amazing job. We will be comingback to try other dishes soon. Read more

This restaurant is exceptionally clean and at hearing to the mask and social distancing rules. The food was delicious.. we... ordered a dish called paella (pronounced pa.. a.. ya) Which is a Yellow rice dish with Sweet peas red and green peppers And anaray of seafood chicken and pork.. At your request they may be able to serve the rice peas and peppers with just seafood or justchicken or just pork A small salad which should actually be a bigger serving is served with your rice and a side of Friedplantains.
