Was craving today for my fave pretzel after shopping at NEX Oceana so I went to Auntie Anne?s. Had another bad service. They... advertise sweet tea lemonade mix but don?t sell sweet tea anymore. I asked for a large lemonade but she gave me a small. Nosmile. Always a not so happy greeting. Maybe they need more training on customer service or change their employees altogether. Read more
