One of our favorite places. Would like the Strawberry Cream Fried Pie to be permanent on the desert menu!!!! We like them better... than the turnovers and they are lower in calories. I really like the new food selections. However, the time it takes for them to prepare a menu item is a bit much. I'm not sure if... it's just this location of Arby's,but there is no sense of urgency. They will leave you waiting in the drive thru for 20 minuteswithout even hesitating. It's typically never worth the wait. If you're on your lunch break forget it, if you're stopping forsomething quick for dinner forget it and really anything in between. Their kids meals have improved. They have healthier optionsand variety for kids which I do appreciate. Read more
I ordered 2 diet cokes with my food. Confirmed twice at the menu board and a third time at the window and still got regular... coke. I'm a diabetic so I guess I'm just out that money and I don't get a drink today. Edit: Also my receipt confirms that themozzarella stick are supposed to have two marinara dips. I got none. I really appreciate Arby's food sometimes but the management if the franchise is almost non-existant. I ask for a water with my... food the other day. I could see through the lid the water was pink. I asked the window person while pointing at the pink wateris this water? They ignored me. Then I waited like 10 seconds thinking they will fill up a new cup with water. Nope. Thefranchise is kinda sunk. This is why people like Chick filet. Read more
Food and service were great! Needs bigger ARBYS sign, or a significant trim of front trees because you cant see the restaurant,... sign or entrance from the approaching road. I'm sure you're missing out on a lot of business by folks not even knowing you arethere and being too hidden from the road. Read more
If you're going to close the dining room then your drive through must be efficient. Huge line. Barely moving. 30 minutes.
Not to pleased and it's a shame. I absolutely luuuuuuuuuuv Arby's and the slogan is,"we got the meats". Well no you don't, at... least not anymore. I only get the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich and it used to be so loaded with turkey meat and now it's alwaysjust a couple of slices of meat and it's thin. I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth. Ordered the Diablo chicken sandwich, Diablo loaded fries, and the caramel cinnamon shake. Service was fast, and the cashier was... friendly. Sandwich was cold, but the presentation was nice and still edible. I love eating spicy food, and this definitely hitthe spot. More spicier than I thought they would allow for a fast food chain. Not recommended for those who are sensitive tospicy food. The loaded spicy fries were alright. It's just some fries with the spicy sauce on them, not sure why it's"loaded". The shake could've used more caramel, but it did help tame the fire happening in my mouth. Read more
