The lady working the drive through can't handle anymore stress today. The truck in front of me ordered four things and drinks,... somehow she DELETED his entire order (she was very loud on the speaker so I could hear everything) and he had to go over itagain. I ordered a Greek Gyro, medium fries, Diet Coke. I pull to the window she tells me 11:14. I give her 20.04. She hands mea large diet coke (mostly ice) instead of a medium, curly fries instead of crinkle (I didn't say anything about the drink orfries) then she gives me $9.00 back. I said you gave me too much. She replies "Sir it was 9:14" I said (a little louder) youtold me 11:14 then I mentioned I ordered a medium DC. She slammed the drive through door shut and instead of continuing thisuseless exchange, I drove off. Read more
Worst yet, not only did I say and they repeated large sweet tea, my fries were bone cold, sandwich except for the cheddar was... also, barley a tablespoon on Mac and cheese and the service was rude. Shake machines still out, not worth my effort McDs acrossthe road always a better option. Shame loved this place for years Read more
2nd visit - just got harassed by the manager because I wouldn't pull forward in the drive though to make their service appear... faster. There was no one in line behind me. What has happened to customer service in this country? Came to try wagyu burger.They said it's prepared medium well. My wife got a charred piece of hamburger. Way past well done. Sent it back. Waited 15minutes (not exaggerating) second burger was missing bacon, onions, and pickles. Sent it back to get refund. Read more

My husband and I went through the drive thru. Our order consisted of Beef and cheddar, a Reuben and a chicken sandwich with... jalapenos. The beef and cheddar had no cheese and the chicken sandwich had no jalapenos. For the price we paid it was extremelydisappointing. Read more
Ordered some of our usuals which were good. Also ordered the pecan chicken salad. Tasted good but the amount of filling in the... sandwich was maybe half of what pictures show it should be. When I didn't see any fillings from outside of sandwich, I opened itand took a picture. Definitely not what it should have been. each slice of bread is like an inch thick, so it overwhelmed thefilling. Disappointed in your 5.99 sandwich. Read more
Simply put, they didn't put my pecan chicken salad sandwich in the bag and I didn't realize until I got home. I called, they... apologized and said I could come back to get it. Drove right back, got my sandwich and a complimentary order of sweet potatofries. Drove back home, opened the sandwich and saw the saddest, driest sandwich I had ever seen or ate. There was absolutelyNOTHING holding it together and the bread was just there, cold and hard holding on for dear life. I Iiterally had to try to makeit edible at home with no success. Unacceptable and I WILL NOT be returning! I hope you all read these reviews and really takein to consideration what people are saying because you all are in too busy of an area to give less than sub par service andfood. Read more
