If I could give them zero out of zero I would...I really do not like giving negative reviews but it's the third time out of all... three times that I've ordered well ahead of time for pick up from this establishment. And as usual they then tell me "ready in15-20 minutes".. when I show up right around 15 to 20 minutes later, it's almost as if they haven't even put the order in! EACHtime I found myself just calmly sitting in the waiting/dining area as another 30-45 minutes AT LEAST go by before order is done.Y'all are batting 3 for 3 or 100% on TERRIBLE guys, and never get a straight answer when I ask..... The best wings in the town. And the customer service is very good

Ordered online. They say they never got the order then didn't believe we even had an order. Showed them the confirmation email.... That wasn't good enough. They needed a printout of the pending transaction and the confirmation email. Showing them the info onthe phone just wasn't good enough. Then they finally started making our food. Over one hour late and had to make an extra triphome and back because they can't use their own system and won't believe their customers. Not to mention wasting my printer inkand paper. NEVER AGAIN! I just spend over $70 dollars worth of food there just to be policed about hot sauce. He wouldn?t even let me hold the bottle,... no cups were put out. He handled cash and cards and comes over to deal with food. Telling me one sauce per food because he gaveus ranch. So we told them no ranch. I can?t believe how stingy this place is. I like my wings extra crispy and these wings never disappoint. They are never soggy even when heavily sauced. Speaking of... sauces, there?s about 20 different sauce/seasoning choices and haven?t had one I didn?t like. Their customer service is alsogreat , I was able to order online and pick up quickly. Wings were great they were cooked well and not soggy, got mild, hot and hot BBQ. Sauce selection is very broad and seems to have... a flavor for just about anyone. Definitely will be back to try more of the wing flavors. Read more
