Extremely impressed! I came here for the first time on my way to work in a hurry, and I was in and out in just a few minutes.... I went there to get a can of fix a flat. The store was clean and well stocked This location wasn't crowded.
For the last two weeks or so, I've come in every morning on my way to work.i get there around 4:30 am and get a large coffee.... After drinking, I've consistently felt a filmy residue in my mouth which suggests the coffee pot is infrequently cleaned--andI've had several of the different kinds of coffee there. My family and I go into this store everyday and spend hundreds of dollars weekly. Every single time my children and nieces and... nephews come into this store Pam constantly harasses them why because they are biracial?? Today Pam told my daughter to get outof the store because she was in a crop top tank top, then refused to give us any phone numbers or names of supervisors. This isnot the first time she has treated all nine of our children a hard time this has been happening since March or April. We areabsolutely appalled by the way this individual treats our children. This store is right next to my job and I choose to drive about a mile away to wawa now because their machines never accept Apple... Pay but instead of taking responsibility for not knowing what they?re doing they just say they don?t know why it?s beingdeclined. When my card is declined I receive a message from my bank, but this never happened. User error and too lazy to correctit. It?s frustrating, humiliating, and a huge waste of time. I come in this store DAILY and spend 50.00 or more every day. It has been a pleasant store every day for the last 7yrs till you... hired the short haired old lady and the young boy, they are rude, very unprofessional, I was asked to leave bc they had spoiledhalf and half for the last 2 days and I brought it to their attention only to be told "it is what it is, talk to management".Well you just lost this customer and my whole crew every day. The cashier's are terrble in the morning they are always ringing up things that I didn't buy and I end up having to run back in... and after checking my receipt(by the way make sure you always ask for your receipt) and get a refund. Last time I went there Ichecked my bank statement and had a $10 ATM withdrawal (that I never made) that I had to dispute immediately. Read more
