Poor customer service. I ordered online and was later called and told that they were out of ground Turkey. I am reasonable so I... told them it was okay to just cancel the order because I'm the only member of my household that can eat beef. Destiny advisedthat wouldn't be a problem and then I asked about my refund. She told me that I would need to contact the company that they usefor their website, again being reasonable I asked, how I could contact the company. She had 0 answers. I asked if she couldprovide me with anything to show that the order wasn't filled she said the only thing she had was the pin. I asked if she was amanager or if someone was around who knew more about the refund process. She then advised me her father ran the restaurant andthey "didn't have managers". As a customer I'm disappointed in having to be the one to research their vendors contact info andfind out how to get my money back. They also should have updated their website so the options they are out of wouldn't appear. Ialso asked for a call back from the manager/owner and have yet to receive one. That was over 5 hours ago. That's okay though Iwill take my business elsewhere. Read more
Went there on recommendation of teacher friends who my wife works with at the school nearby and wasn't disappointed. Not only... did they have a great selection of 21 baseball themed named burgers that when we ordered turned out to be fantastic..went with aclassic bacon cheeseburger...but the owner overhead my wife and I discussing the corn fritters on the menu and he had thekitchen make us an order. They were terrific as well. Just a great first experience there and we will definitely be going back. Read more
The food here was amazing! The themed burgers they have are great and fresh! The customer service was amazing! Had a nice... conversation with the owners. This is a mist try if you are looking for a GREAT burger!! And to top it off they have crinkle cutfries and deep fried oreos! Pictures will come with my next visit. Great food. Poor customer service. Called an order of wings in and was given a price before I was even asked what flavor I... wanted. I was then told it would be 16 minutes until pick up. When I arrived at the restaurant to pay my food wasn't ready and Iwas told again the wait for the order would be 16 minutes. The restaurant was empty so there was no reason to have to wait for apickup. Read more
