I had walleye, mashed potatoes, vegetables, bread stick. Everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. I didn't want sauce... for the fish, rather I asked for lemon and I was given a small dish of lemon slices. My companion had a spicy pasta dish, verygenerous serving, and he liked it as well. This is a nice local place. I got the wild rice stuffed ???? mushrooms. So tasty. The wild rice soup is a Minnesota standard. ... Very creamy and served piping hot. I got the seasonal Bailey Carmel hot coffee ??. It was good but a bit on the heavy side fora drink. Read more

Gluten-free menu available. Sorry, I was so hungry I didn't get pictures. I had the gluten-free turkey BLT and it came with a... side salad. It was food you would expect from your grandma. I ordered The 10oz Center cut asked for medium. We all got our food at the table I cut into my steak to no surprise it's Super... Rare and barely warm I ate some of the baked potato at this point I lost my appetite. I told them to take it away please. Theytook ten dollars off my meal where to I don't feel I should've paid for a rare cold steak. I will not be returning here. Thisplace is going down hill fast. They don't care about the people they are serving anymore. After we had to go back and get a meal they forgot in our take out... order. This is the piece of chicken I received. Burnt side down in the noodles. New very careful about considering ordering outgoing here. Not the only burnt piece like this. We ordered 4 orders of chicken Tetrazzini. 3 out of 4 were burnt. Waitress was friendly, but the cooks, a different story. I have not had any good experience lately with some of the restaurants... around town and now Grandmas falls in this area now. We ordered the Sunday special and the first thing I noticed is that thecocktail sauce was still frozen. The steak tasted fine but it was not medium rare but well done. The cooks need more trainingand need to be careful. That goes for all restaurants. Read more
