In my 10 years in canada I never seen rude staff like here, I think better avoid go inside and spoil your morning.
Go to Tims regularly and evenings is horrible service. We just sat in the drive through ( after placing our order ) for over 10... minutes. Go to the window and they were making a different order. Went to pay for our coffees ( which were not made ) and wastold order was 28 + dollars. Had to sit at the window longer for them to actually make our coffees and for them to put it intothe system so we could pay. Definitely disappointed in the evening service. My friend and I ordered food inside and while I got my cilantro lime bowl and coffee fairly quickly my friend who had ordered... immediately after me was still waiting. We waited 20 minutes before finally asking where her habenero wrap was. The frontcounter girl asked the man making the food and we heard him say "what wrap" and she explained and he tried to put blame on herright in front of us. I had watched him serve off orders before making them (as I worked in fast food I know it's to make itseem like he is a faster worker than he is) so he likely served it off and forgot to make it. He was kind of rude to the girland I find it quite awful that he tried to blame her in front of us instead of just apologizing for his mistake. We got the wrapin the end but then when I got to the car and finally went to eat my bowl I realized I didn't have any sauce in it. So this manhad forgotten a wrap, was rude to the girl when told and on top of that didn't make the food right. Disappointed and if I washis coworker I would be livid. Read more

Busy but efficient, good staff. What?s better than Tim Hortons on a quick trip into Manitoba! Since many have closed in the... US it?s a big treat to enjoy the fine coffee there, and the muffins can?t be beat! I?d drive hundreds of miles to visit theVirden location again! Read more
