Sold me a pack of stale, expired cigarettes. Tiny, podunk town with highest gas prices around. Do not recommend.
Not a huge fan of this location. Every time I ordered a pizza I had to wait after it?s confirmed pickup time, sometimes I wait... for the entire pizza to be made after I placed my order for a specific pickup time. I?ve placed a few orders from the app forsnack items and when I get to the store have to pick them out myself cause nobody did, like what is the point of the app? Theother day when I went in to get a few items the cashier was pretty rude for no reason. I?ll drive to Orion to that Casey?s it?srun way better. I don?t want to say it?s all the employees either sometimes the store is run with like 2 people. 1 in thekitchen and 1 at the counter. That doesn?t work. Hire more employees. Read more
Oscar the kitchen manager is very rude to the other kitchen people. When we came in he was yelling and treating other employee... horribly, stop yelling start helping that makes things go a whole lot smoother! Read more
Who keeps posting under my name? I actually love Casey's. And who are all these out of towners? These have to be strangers.... Why are they even here? I'm moving. Too many foreigners and strangers. Maybe ya need to look into the Obama black propagandamachine instead. That's whom surrounded us and was spying on everyone ,yelling at me ,demanding I tell them everything about mylife. This Casey?s is one of my favorites to go to. It?s very convenient for me to go get pizza and go. The food is usually always... good, but the employees in the back might need more help? When I went in there last night there were three girls working andthey had a line that made it inconvenient for people who weren?t getting pizza to check out. I had to leave and come back aftercalling in an hour ahead because they still didn?t have my pizza done. I?m going to assume that it?s help they need because theladies seemed to be working fast and diligently. Someone should look into this. Working with food is tough and they should haveenough bodies to cover on one of the busiest nights of the week. Read more
I purchased a almond milk Frappuccino from their cold section, get to work and realize it has a metallic taste and is over a... month expired. I went ahead to call Casey?s to inform them and the girl on the other line said thanks for letting us know.Didn?t offer to at least replace it or even apologize for their negligence. this is the extent of their amazing customer service Read more
This is a good store with great pizza and ready made food with good cold sandwiches, subs and wraps! But prices are high on... product drinks such as monster, coke and Pepsi! The day crew during the week is good but the store manger can be rude!!! Suckssince this is the only gas station in Viola Read more
The people are usually nice and have common sense, a few have not. 99% of the time I've been happy with this place and people. I... have only had one problem here and it is that once there was a long piece of plastic in the pizza. I did tell them so they wouldknow and hopefully never happen again, but I haven't bought food from there since. Been going here since 2019. Read more
