NEVER AGAIN. My family arrived at your restaurant tonight and the waiter was immediately upset of the large group. Regardless,... customers should be treated respectfully, and not be given the middle finger and told "fu** you," by the waiter. Obviously thisplace of "business" doesn't care much for customer service, and have no manners whatsoever. Another of my family members wastold by the waiter that she must "do her work on her knees." SERIOUSLY? What kind of disgusting comment is that?! Incrediblyrude, disgusting, and lots of swearing. We will NEVER return to this business place and NEVER recommend to anyone. Not pleased with the service of this establishment. The first time we went everything way amazing. The second time 6 peoples... orders all got messed up, but it was tried to be made right. This time the owner/ bartender was very rude when our group of 4questioned what was what in our order. He snapped at us stating us that we were arguing with what was what. And that we werebeing rude and didn't know what we were talking about. We didn't even get half of our food order. And still got charged fullprice for everything. Read more
Very nice place to stop had great food and cold beer!
Stopped in for the broasted chicken based on other reviews. Maybe they were off their game the night we stopped in but two of... the three of us thought the chicken was dry. Service was hit and miss. Read more
Watch the bartender hang up on two calls before he got to me, for some reason my card wasn't working on their machine and he got... frustrated and say he's not going to work with it. My wife called in told him to run my car again and he said well is itactually going to work this time, she started to tell him how much money was on the account and he hung up on her as well. Theabsolute worst customer service I've ever seen my entire life. I am appalled and will make sure to tell others never to gothere. Read more

The Palace is a bright and clean environment. The atmosphere is welcoming and energetic. The food was good but can use a little... flavor. I like spicy things. The service was good and I love the hand written licenses they have posted. Read more
This place is worth the 45 minute drive to get there! Chicken is always amazing... but the real star is the boasted potatoes!
