Staff is very rude, literally forgot about our order even... though they had already charged us at the drive through and told us to park out front and wait. Had to get off and re order ourfood. All the 5 star reviews on this place have gotta be bots. This place is so bad, food is always undercooked. Customer service is... dismal at best. Placed an order recently at the drive through and was told to park out front to wait for my order to be ready.Waited outside for 15 minutes til I finally went inside to check on my order. Turns out the braindead person that took my orderat the window forgot about my order completely even after I had already paid for it. I just went through the drive through. I ordered a bigger plate, I just got home when I opened my plate I see this? are you... kidding me?? Is not even a whole serving. I guess you better check your order before leaving otherwise they get you good. Read more
this is the best and most consistent fast food place i?ve ever been to. every time i go, they?re so fast and the food is always... very fresh and hot. we live just down the road so whenever we want something quick and delicious, we come to this panda!! Read more

Absolutely the worst panda I?ve ever gone to in my life. Absolute train wreck Staff is completely incompetent and that?s... actually an understatement. Had me waiting 20 minutes at the drive through only to tell me ?they aren?t taking cash at themoment? (what else am I supposed to pay with?). When I asked the staff why? The brain trust they got working there collectivelystared at me completely dumbfounded as though my question was a completely alien concept to them. Also food is undercooked andtheir rice smells and tastes like raw meat. Not to mention they just close down the whole place during business hours withoutwarning. Do not waste your time at this panda. I love panda but this store in particular is absolutely a waste of time. If Icould rate zero stars I would. And another thing they round up your change without even asking, they say it?s a donation but tome it seems like robbery. I?ve had to ask them on several different occasions to not round up my change without my permission.Like I said absolute train wreck. Read more
