Their toaster is down, but they will still gladly charge you full price for untoasted bread. This owner obviously is treating... this chain like a regular chain restaurant, they know their other stores will make money while this one suffers a bit so no rushon replacing equipment that keeps going down. Subway is a truly adequate restaurant if you want something to eat that can be made in about two minutes in front of your face.... If you use the app, or doordash or something like that, you miss the whole thing of making it how you want and seeing theproportions they put on, prior to you eating it. I, personally, find it really convenient and would recommend, the Tuna Sub, onwhite bread with provolone cheese, olives, lettuce, and mustard (toasted). I live in the general Vilonia area, so I frequent this Subway. Probably about once a week I stop by to grab a meal for my... family. They are kind of stern about what they considered a portion of meat, but every time they are very friendly, and arewilling to go out of their way to make sure that I am completely satisfied with the way they prepare my food. There was one timerecently that I got bad service, one employee had a very sour attitude, but not even three hours had passed before the managercontacted me personally to make amends and fix the problem. It proves that they care about the feelings and opinions of theircustomers. If I could put an exact decimal on my rating, I would give it a 4.5. Read more
