This waffle house is one of my favorites! The staff are always having a good time & will hold conversations with you throughout... your meal. Their cooks know what they are doing and work well with the wait staff. Food wait time depends on how busy they are,but it never takes too long. My food order has always been correct & delicious! Couldn't call my order in although when I got there I was the only customer there. Left and came back to give them time to cook... the order and again I was the only customer there. So why was the order screwed up when I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE?!?! Neveragain. Read more
I?m glad to see the the ?24 hours? is just for dine-in ONLY. After my answering machine message at 03:30 that said you were... limiting your take-out orders and hung up on me. Not only will I?m not be getting takeout orders. I will not be coming in for inperson dining. If y?all are doing so well that you don?t need my business that?s fine I can go elsewhere, and I will. Management treats staff horribly. 3rd gets mad when taking to go's. Customer service needs massive work. 1st shift is great but... that's 7 hours out of a 24 hour day. Read more

Best waffle house experience ever & it was in the little old town of Temple, GA! We could tell they were short staffed when we... got there because a section was blocked off, there was a waitress & the cook, the cook took our order, started cooking it, thewaitress brought it to us, it was perfect, hot & delicious! Those 2 ladies worked as a team with everybody that was in thatwaffle house eating that day, the atmosphere was great, everybody was happy, @waffle house I think they need some recognitionfor such a great job in these crazy times!
