I work for uber eats they where out of sausage and hashbrowns I can understand sausage to a curtain point but hash browns too... they cost me a good payout so either it store manager or beyond is the issue they should fix the problem Read more
It's been around 7 years since I have been to a Hardee's and my local one used to be my favorite on all levels of hospitality... and quality of food. This morning will make me go another 7 years... I ordered 4 meals for breakfast and all was going greatuntil a young girl walked up holding 3 of my 4 drinks trying to hand them to me all at once. I asked for a drink carrier andshe scoffed at me and complained that " that means I'll have to go in the back to get them". I replied "OK, sorry" and shestormed off. The young man looked embarrassed and I told him it wasn't his fault for her behavior. A minute later she walkedup and flung one of the drink carriers at him and slammed the stack on the table. A few gentleman at the counter looked at herlike she was insane and the other woman working there who looked like the manager didn't even respond. Completely immature andunprofessional. I am a very patient and sympathetic person towards service workers in the food industry as I served andbartended/managed many restaurants and bar/grills years ago. But this deserves no sympathy and she should have been sent homefor that behavior so I would be the only one that she went off on. My apologies for the Karen rant but this one was necessary. I would have given no stars but can't. I stood at the front counter for 15 minutes with no one coming to take my order. The... manager kept looking at the line of us standing there waiting. She said nothing. Has we stood there they were continuouslytaking drive thru orders. From now on I will drive an extra 15 minutes to temple. We will never eat this place again. Read more
0 stars correct but not available. If workers were 1/8 as nice/helpful to customers as they are amongst each other, it might go... to 1 star legitimately. Never seen such rudeness in any restaurant as soon as you walk in. Food is horrendous. Please doyourself a favor (and make those workers happy also) by just staying away! Read more
THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. It took forever to get the food and then when I got it there was a puddle of grease at the bottom of... the bag. The bread on my sandwich was not toasted at all and it was dripping black grease. I couldn?t bring myself to eat morethan a bite and ended up just throwing it away. NEVER EAT AT THIS HARDEE?S. They had good and fast service. The inside was clean and staff was polite. If you are a trucker going there beware before... pulling in! Some drivers do their 10 hr break there and will block the exit for trucks. Read more
This is my second time going here. The first time I went, the food was cold ! I tried again the second time and almost threw up.... The food was cold again, NOT fresh, the chicken tenders taste like I was eating on fried washcloths ! I do not recommend! Read more
