? can?t really go wrong with Mexican, right?? My famous last words before walking into el ranchito. This was the absolute worst... Mexican food I?ve ever had. Everything was flavorless, improperly cooked, watered down, and not to mention the excessive amountof hair I found in the food. Definitely do not recommend. Read more

Wouldn?t give any stars at all if I could. Worst service in my life. I wouldn?t go back if someone paid me. I walk in to pick up... order just left to stand at front. Finally a female walks up and utterly looks pi**ed at the world. Absolutely no greet. Not ahello not a nothing. Stands there so I say I?m here to pick up gave name. She just walks off said nothing. I?m on the phone andafter 12 mins said I guess I?m just going to leave to the person on the phone. She pops up says go ahead and walks off again.Then comes back with the food finally and informs me she doesn?t get paid for this. So I guess I missed the memo of free foodand guess the restaurant doesn?t pay her to work. 15 mins after order was said to be ready I finally received with utterattitude. Food is great. Service was not. I can fully understand these times we're in and the impact it has had on so many businesses... being short staffed so I have practiced more patience. However, when it comes to personal comfort I must hold my ground. Iseldom go out to eat, but when I do I fully expect to have my hearing disability acknowledged and accommodated. It was not. Iasked to be moved away from a very large crowd of people who were really loud and I was not given an option to move.
