I went inside to order. Went to the self checkout machine, which was my 1st time using it there. Wasn't sure how to scan my qr... code for points. So I asked the employee who was right there was I able to scan my qr code for points on the self checkoutmachine that was located at the front counter. She rolled her eyes and began to huff and puff & stated I'll ring you up with acompleted attitude. I told her I still needed to know for future Purchases. She then started to roll her eyes, huff/puff, andstood there saying nothing. So I told her to get me another employee to help me. She proceeded to ignore me and started stackingcups. I had to get another employee working drive thru to get the manager. The manager answered my question, took my order, mademy drink, took my complaint, and asked me which employee. When I told the manager, she gave me the look like she figured it washer. If I were a manager or owner, I would not want an employee working if something so simple triggered her to get an attitude.Luckily, I wasn't having a bad day because that kind of bad service could have ended in several different ways. Somebody with atrashy attitude like that shouldn't be employed there. If your attitude trashy/bad then the drinks/food will be too. Worseexperience at this location. The rude employee was a young Caucasian girl who wears dark frame glasses(similar to Harry Potter)with dark hair, and she wore in a ponytail. This is the absolute hands down worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to.. not only are they slow but they never have any... selection of donuts (no donuts so why the wait) At 3p.m. they have no selection with no intention to make more and they are opentill 9 p.m. today. This place is the most unorganized store I've ever had the displeasure of visiting, I just don't understandhow or even why they are still in business. Avoid this place! It's an absolute waste of your time. Read more

Well I didn't personally go there, my hubby dropped me off at work ( we work at the same place but our hours are a little... different) & he went there and got us sausage egg & cheese croissants and a LARGE frozen Carmel coffee w/ whipped cream!!!! Itwas delicious and really hit the spot...I will be back because it was good. Read more

I ordered an iced latte and two sandwiches for mobile drive thru pickup. When we got to the window they initially gave us just... one sandwich so we reminded them about the drink and other sandwich, they gave it to us so not a big deal. When we pulled out Inoticed the coffee tasted sour, almost like the milk they used was bad or expired. I assumed my taste buds were just weird sinceI'm pregnant and haven't had coffee in months, but I had my husband try it and he agreed it tasted horrible. By far the worst drive thru I have ever seen. These kids do not want to work. Even though it?s convenient for me, I will no... longer spend my money at this location. This place makes my skin crawl. I wish I could give zero stars. Read more

I love this location! The workers are so nice and friendly. They accidentally messed up my drink for the first time in awhile,... but the manager, Sidney, was so quick to fix it and make things right. 10/10 recommend. Read more

Just left from there after getting an ice cream. Sould of took to the five minutes because no one was in line. That's not what... happened though two people aren't doing their job working the drive-thru but the woman that is supposed to be scooping ice creamlooked at me three times but turn back around each time doing absolutely nothing in that freezer. Eventually A co-worker fromdrive-through asked her to do her job. Alright three stars because they always have everything that something me and you andcustomer service is usually great except that one a woman. You can't be slow with customer service and have a nasty attitude. Read more

During my first trip a fellow customer suggested a drink. It was great. I ordered the same drink the next day; it was not the... same and never has been since that day. I switched to a basic iced mocha coffee. Sadly, It always had a burnt coffee taste. Ithen switched to caramel iced coffee. Unfortunately, it was always too sweet and the sugar was just piled at the bottom. Ifinally switched to liquid cane sugar. I go to take a sip and get a mouth full of the granulated sugar piled up at thebottom(pictured). Aside from the coffee issues I have purchased from the bakery. Coffee rolls are a fave but it is hit or missbecause they either never have enough(even at 8:30-9 a.m.) or they are smashed and hard. Yes, they still served them and I hadto return it. They even over cooked my boys wake up wraps(pictured). They were hard and inedible. I said all this to show thatit wasn't just once or twice. Obviously I've given many opportunities for better experiences. I just think they could use extrahelp to match the customer demands, so that quality doesn't drop as well. Thank you. Read more
