Today I went through at 9:00pm and the drive through lady taking my order was talking about leaving and getting off earlier... basically complaining while I was sitting there ready to order. After a 7 hour drive from Florida, was missing sandwich and fry after getting home. Went back and Shawn the manager acted as if... he didn?t believe me. He spent 3+ minutes looking for my receipt which I had for him. Had to explain 3 times I was missing food. Read more
You guys are usually on top of things but the past three times I have ordered from you guys - you have not given any condiments... that were ordered. I guess the dry chicken sandwich was pretty good considering that it was dry. Please step it up on thesauces. Read more
Ordered the southwest salad at the bottom of the salad there was a chunk of lettuce or something else green that was frozen and... moldy. I have worked with food before. I know what bad food is and they were adamant that it was not mold but I can showpictures of what it looked like. Customer service at this location is always great, along with our hot food. It's many young people here but someone trained them... well and they all work together as 1 unit. My wife and I always tell them to keep the remaining money to show our support inreturn...thank you all! ?????+? Read more
They are not taking their jobs seriously they messed up my order and on top that they threw the food together with no regard.... This hasn?t been the first and I had to leave a review because I?m fed up with this restaurant and they need to do WAY better. Read more
Scammers at this location bought a fruit cup one was suppose to be a small one was supposed to be a Medium I asked them about... the supposed Medium in the clear bowl. They said it was a Medium. But if you look the two bowl hold the same amount they arejust different sizes. I clearly recall other locations having bigger bowls for the Medium size. Read more
Never had a problem with day crew orders but night crew is always messing up my order. Super frustrating to get home and one of... your kids is missing their food. One of reasons I choose Chick-fil-A is because they are know for customer service and I?venever felt the need to check my order like I do at other fast food places. I realize mistakes happen but the fact that I havebeen missing food or condiments the last 4 times I?ve gone tells me that this is a recurring issue. Hate to see Chick-fil-A godown hill like this.
