Today I went through at 9:00pm and the drive through lady taking my order was talking about leaving and getting off earlier... basically complaining while I was sitting there ready to order. Ordered the southwest salad at the bottom of the salad there was a chunk of lettuce or something else green that was frozen and... moldy. I have worked with food before. I know what bad food is and they were adamant that it was not mold but I can showpictures of what it looked like. Never had a problem with day crew orders but night crew is always messing up my order. Super frustrating to get home and one of... your kids is missing their food. One of reasons I choose Chick-fil-A is because they are know for customer service and I?venever felt the need to check my order like I do at other fast food places.
