I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes at the drive through only to receive cold food. My drink was all over my cups and they left out... my hush puppies! I?ve never had such a horrible experience! Read more

45 minute wait in the drive thru. Order fish and chicken and when we got home no chicken. How do you forget the item that's on... the name? Mac and cheese tasted like literal dirt. I mean it actually tasted like dirt from your yard. Moral of the story,just go to bremen or Carrollton. This is not a great little seafood place Read more

Unfortunately this is the first time I've been to this Captain D's and the fries were cold and the fish was hard. The hush... puppies were hot. Very unfortunate, I've been here several times and never had such an experience. Looking forward to going backand experiencing some great food as I have in the past. Read more

Today, we got thee seafood feast plates(?) which comes with two pieces of fish, 6 pieces of shrimp and the sides through... Drive-thru. At the window after paying for the food, I specifically asked for a lot of tartar sauce, vinegar and cocktail sauce.The guy at the window said okay and went to get our food. I should have stayed at the window and check our order but we droveoff because the line was very long and I didn?t want to hold the line. As we drove off, my daughter checked the order and all wegot as for as the sauces was 4 tartar sauce. No vinegar, and no cocktail sauce for the shrimp. Eating shrimp without sauce islike eating chicken tenders/nuggets without any sauce of your favorite! I turned around and went back to ask for those. Thedrive thru line was still very long and I didn?t want to wait because I don?t like the fried food to get soggy from the trappedheat. I tried to go inside the restaurant but the dining area was closed, therefore the door was locked! I did enjoy my dinnerat all. Read more

I took my granddaughter to eat lunch we were very disappointed with the quality of the food you actually could squeeze the fish... and it dripped it wasn't crunchy. I know that sometimes people are overwhelmed with the amount of folks that come into arestaurant and go in the Drive-Thru but when you are being waited on personally you expect to actually enjoy the food. Thisisn't the first time that we've gone and not been fully pleased with the food. Fish is very expensive you expect to getsomething tasty. I won't make the mistake again. Read more

Order a 10 piece family pack and two additional meals: 1) Lobster bites, fish, and shrimp meal - seems to be missing the... lobster bites. 2) 4 piece chicken strip meal - missing two of the strips. Called the store to speak with a manager he did noteven care or apologize for the missing food. I was not calling to get a free meal or a refund, I just wanted him to ensure thathis staff was completing the orders so others would not be disappointed when they reached their destination. I ended up callingCorporate to express my complaint. I did not ask for compensation just needed someone to know what the issue was. $45.00 foreverything I bought and to be put off like I was bothering him did it for me. Read more
