I don't eat here too often but , every time I do it's super yummy. They have a pretty big menu compared to other fast foods... . And they have a lot of healthy options which is also very rare with fast foods which make them one of the best in the fastfood industry to me . The workers are friendly never had an issue with rudeness . They can be quite slow but nothing superoutrageous. Plus they don't seem to have a lot of workers at this specific location so can't be to picky . Price wise I will saythey can be a bit pricey . Read more
When arriving we were acknowledged as soon as we walked in. The staff was awesome in taking our order. The food was great. I... ordered the swiss and beef combo while my friend ordered the beef and cheddar. Both of us were very satisfied with our combomeals and the service we received. A gentleman named Blake at this location is rude and very disrespectful. He gave me major attitude when he gave me the wrong... fries even though I repeated my order SEVERAL times to him. I expect better from a manager. Definitely won?t be returning tothis location. If there was an option to leave zero stars I would. Do better!! Read more
My order was wrong. I was getting lunch for my elderly father. No one answered the phone when I tried to call to get my order... corrected. We are long time customers. My father is very picky about what he eats. I couldn't get him to eat anything elsebecause he was upset about getting the wrong food. I'm very disappointed and I want my money back. I guess I will have to driveback 50+ miles to get a refund. So upset. I will never go back to Arby's again. Read more
To start with. I have been here in about 6 months because of the service, food quality and always out of something at this... location. So I decided to give them another shot. Well this evening I go an order some food and no shock here my order wasmessed up again. You go and spend a lot of money there. All they do is mess it up. I order the medium size sandwiches and gethome and they are small size. On top of that one was the wrong sandwich. So for the last two hours I have called the store tohave no one answer the phone. again no big shock here. So my advice is not to go here unless you just like everything messed upand no,way of getting anyone to fix it. Read more
Crew member taking order did not offer any sauces. The curly fries were ice cold to touch. **BEWARE: Anyone with a seafood... allergy. Fries, onion strips and fish are cooked in the same oil. This place used to be so good. Only a dime sized squirt of bbq sauce on my sandwich, and omg WAY too much orange in the shake.... It was undrinkable and I don't have time to drive 15mins back for a new one. $5 down the drain. At least I have extra bbq sauce.Meh Read more
