Night shift is horrible. They don't pay attention and seem like they are out of it.
Lobby closed. Waste or time pulling into the lot. I drive a tall cargo van and can't always go through the drive thru. Even... without the van, I prefer doing business in person, instead of through a window or through glass. It's not the first time Itried going there but it's last. I'm done with this location. Never follow instructions on my coffee and bagels/croissants always very hard to bite.
My order was correct, the staff was friendly enough too. I had just came from the North and Grace location who had reacted to me... just ordering rather rudely. I put a $5 in the window as a tip to whomever, as it was such a better experience than North andGrace. Read more

Unacceptable! I smelled the burnt bagels from the minute they handed them to me. So if I smelled it and they saw the bagels like... this they shouldn?t have even given them to me! Read more
Nice and friendly employees are at Dunkin Donuts. I love the service I receive there. They know me by name and know my order by... heart. For friendly service and a big beautiful smile ask for K.D. or Kenderick. He is a sure winner at putting a smile on yourface! Read more
