It's Chuck E. Cheese. They don't have the animatronic stuff anymore which is kinda sad, just a dance video on constant loop. ... Had a birthday party for my 7 year old. Very appropriate for that age, and the kids all had fun. Costumed mascot came out forten minutes nites for a photo op with the kids, then disappeared. Kids had unlimited game play during party, so no more "daddyI need more money" which was a big improvement... Pizza was better than I expected.. salad bar looked pretty bad... Kids allhad Dipping Dots for desert as part of the party package. Lemonade and fruit punch... Staff was good at their jobs. Gamesall worked... Place was clean... Overall, great place for a kid's party. But I did miss the animatronic stuff. Read more
Ok, I worked at a Chuck e cheese for some time, so I know what the customer service should be. That being said, it was lacking... at this location. Ed was a cool guy, and Jacob at the front door was absolutely phenomenal greeting kids. Giselle however hadabsolutely no personality and seemed like she didn't want to be there. Not even a smile or a simple hello. Just right down tobusiness and very mopey. They also played a lot of mexican kids songs which was extremely unappealing. It's hard to dance aroundwith your kids when you can't understand what is being said. On the other hand the facility was clean and the pizza was as italways is. If you want a five-star experience, just go to another location.... Coming back a few months later, the staff stillseems sedated. This is one of the best places for a birthday celebration. The atmosphere is welcoming, beautiful, clean and orderly. The... servants are top of the class. Our servant, GG Giselle, provided some of the best service I have ever received in a restaurant.She was very detailed when explaining food items and was very patient with the kids. My babygirl absolutely loved her whole party!!! From singing with Chuck E., eating great pizza, having an awesome birthday... celebration led by our amazing host, and going in the ticket blaster with mommy! We all had a blast! Our host Edna wasphenomenal, she helped me set up, walked me through the party plan, was constantly checking up on us, and took care of food,cake, ice cream and all! She also took care of the clean up, and made the whole party totally stress free ???? I highlyrecommend a Chuck E. Cheese party for your next birthday celebration! Read more
Ok place. Like a lot of the reviewers said, fairly clean and all games are arcade style. They went away from the ball pits and... the mazes. Pretty much a money pit. Good place to burn an hour with your kids. Read more
